On the 23rd of March 2023, in the framework of the K. EY Energy Transition Expo, RES4Africa Foundation will hold “Renewable Energy Investments in Africa: The Role of Energy Storage for Rapid RES Development” panel, at Rimini Expo Centre, Italy, from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
The event will focus on the role of energy storage in renewable energy investments in Africa, and how this technology can provide a crucial contribution in ensuring greater security in the supply of energy for African countries. Further discussions will be hold about the continent's energy transition, and how it represents a valuable growth opportunity for companies, through actions aimed at reducing risks for investors, including the creation of favourable frameworks for the private sector.
The panel will witness the presence of multiple African government representatives, associations, institutions, qualified media, and commercial delegations such as: Minister of Mines, Industry and Energy of Tunisia, Parliament of Kenya, Embassy of Morocco, Chambre Syndicale des Intégrateurs en Photovoltaïque Tunisia (CSPV), Enel Green Power, FAAM, IRESEN, Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RECREEE).
