As part of the Missing Link programme, RES4Africa is seeking a consulting firm / consultant to prepare a report on the future regulatory development of the electricity sector in Morocco. The study will provide several perspectives on the possible scenarios for the evolution of the organisation, governance and regulation of the Moroccan electricity market, on the possible future reforms needed to enable the expected transformations and on the driving axes of an action plan to be followed in the coming years.

The winner will be announced on 24th July 2023, followed by the signing of the contract on 31st July 2023.
